MAIA Asset Management is the latest firm to be a partner
Discretionary fund manager MAIA Asset Management has signed up as a partner to Mabel Insights’ model portfolio service (MPS) and multi-asset fund comparison site for advisers.
MAIA Asset Management is based in the Midlands and labels itself as an IFA focused investment manager.
The comparison site was launched by former Atomos distribution head and Thesis Asset Management director Lawrence Cook in January this year.
Cook said: “We are delighted to be working closely with MAIA who are very much aligned to our thinking in supporting transparency of data and information for advisers.
“To date access to information for advisers has been piecemeal and research tells us that the adoption of MPS by advisers is increasing across the UK. We felt the time was right to provide a service which really delivers what advisers need and our early adopters in trials have given us great feedback which tells us we are delivering exactly that.”
MAIA Asset Management director and business development Sophie Taylor added: “As an IFA focused investment manager it makes perfect sense to provide advisers with the tools they need to access and consider our model portfolio solutions.
“Our mission statement of building long lasting working relationships with financial advisers by delivering outstanding service and consistent long-term outperformance of our multi-asset, diversified portfolios is further solidified by partnering with Mabel Insights. We are excited about where this can take the industry.”
This latest news follows London-based investment manager Sarasin & Partners joining Mabel Insights as a partner.
Meanwhile on 6 February it teamed up with technology solutions provider Intelliflo to launch an app allowing advisers utilising Intelliflo’s platform to access Mabel Insights’ information.
