We are delighted to have been shortlisted for the Citywire Adviser Choice Awards 2022, which this year have been revamped to make them bigger and better than ever before.

The awards are all about the service that IFAs receive from wealth management firms, and are judged on a number of factors ranging from value for money to communication in a crisis.

The Citywire New Model Adviser audience was asked to score the discretionary fund managers they work with across 10 criteria, revealing which investment firms are leading the way in providing a stellar client experience.

By asking IFAs to share honest and anonymous feedback on the DFMs they work with, Citywire aims to identify and celebrate the best in the business and support the wealth management community in raising service standards.

This year, more than 700 IFAs took part, with their scores aggregated to reveal the 2022 shortlists for the different awards, which comprise six regional and six category awards. (Eligible firms must achieve a minimum score to make it on to a shortlist.) MAIA has been shortlisted for one regional and one category award: the Citywire Wealth Manager Adviser Choice in the Midlands and the Best Communication in a Crisis.

Having started the business just five years ago, this is fabulous news for MAIA.
