How does my client make an ad hoc contribution?

An ad hoc contribution can be made by bank transfer or cheque and we require notification via a letter or email of this contribution detailing the client’s address and MAIA account reference. Letters are to be posted to MAIA Asset Management, April Barns, Redditch Road, Ullenhall, B95 5NY.

How does my client make an ad hoc withdrawal?

To request an adhoc withdrawal we require an instruction from the client with a wet signature. This instruction needs to include the clients full name, address, account reference and bank details they would like the proceeds of the sale to be sent to. This instruction needs to be sent to April Barns, Redditch Road, Ullenhall, B95 5NY. If money is to be paid to a bank account which is not linked to the client’s MAIA Asset Management portfolio we require a separate letter detailing the new bank account details with a wet signature.

How do I inform you of a change of address or contact details?

For any static data changes we require a letter from the client with a wet signature detailing their MAIA account reference and any changes they wish to make to their static data.
